The 40m/131'3" sail yacht 'Latitude' (ex. Mirabella I) was built by Concorde Yachts at their Chonburi shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Peter Sijm and she was completed in 1991. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Farr Yacht Design and she was last refitted in 2017.
Latitude has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising two VIP cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Range & Performance
Latitude is built with a GRP hull and composite superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 1 x diesel Lugger (L6140A) 550hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 11 knots with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles from her 17,000 litre fuel tanks at 9 knots. Her water tanks store around 29,612 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
