The 154.20ft Custom sail yacht 'The Aquarius' was built by Perini Navi in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 1990 and last refitted in 2010. Previously named Xasteria, Her elegant exterior and interior styling are the work of Perini Navi, who is also responsible for her engineering.
The Aquarius's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests overnight in 4 cabins, comprising a master suite, 1 double cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
The Aquarius features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
Powered by 2 MTU (12V183TC91) 600hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers sailing yacht The Aquarius is capable of a top speed of 13 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots when powered by her engines. With her 41,100 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles. Her water tanks store around 10,100 litres of fresh water.
