The 35.05m / 115' Sovereign 115 motor yacht motor yacht 'Golden Boy II' was built by Sovereign Yachts in United States at their Richmond shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 1998 and last refitted in 2007. This luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Jack Sarin. Previously named Scorpio, her luxurious interior was designed by Jonathan Quinn Barnett.
Golden Boy II's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests overnight in 5 cabins, comprising a master suite, and 4 double cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard in 2 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Golden Boy II features a semi-displacement grp hull and grp superstructure, with teak decks.
This luxury yacht is also fitted with 'zero speed stabilizers' which work at anchor, increasing on-board comfort when the yacht is stationary, particularly in rough waters.
Powered by 2 MTU (16V 2000 M90) 1,800hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers Motor yacht Golden Boy II is capable of a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 26,495 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her water tanks store around 3,785 litres of fresh water.
