The 34m/111'7" motor yacht 'Checkered Past' (ex. Tas) was built by Westport Yachts in the United States at their Westport, WA shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Pacific Custom Interiors and she was completed in 1999. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Jack Sarin Naval Architects and she was last refitted in 2014.
Guest Accommodation
Checkered Past has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising one VIP cabin. The supremely spacious full beam master suite features extensive storage space provided by the dressing room benefits from a his and her bathroom. Additionally, there are 3 staff cabins aboard which can accommodate up to 5 members of the owners staff and security team. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance
Built with a composite hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000 M90) 1,800hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 18 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 24 knots with a range of up to 2,000 nautical miles from her 5,500 gallon fuel tanks at 19 knots. Her low draft of 1.68m/5'6" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 1,012 Gallons of fresh water.
