The 30.48m/100' sail yacht 'Havana of London' (ex. That's Y) was built by Vitters in the Netherlands at their Zwartsluis shipyard. Her interior is styled by British designer design house Dixon Yacht Design and she was completed in 2000. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Dixon Yacht Design and she was last refitted in 2014.
Havana of London has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Havana of London is built with a composite hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by diesel MAN (6R 183 T62) 450hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 11 knots with a range of up to 3,200 nautical miles from her 9,350 litre fuel tanks at 9 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,080 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
