The 124.67ft Custom sail yacht 'Yam 2' was built by Perini Navi in Italy at their La Spezia shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 2008. This luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Philippe Briand. Previously named P2, her luxurious interior was designed by Perini Navi.
Yam 2's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests overnight in 3 cabins, comprising a master suite, and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Yam 2 features a displacement aluminium hull and frp superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
Powered by 1 MAN (D2876 LE402) 560hp diesel engines and propelled by her single screw propeller sailing yacht Yam 2 is capable of a top speed of 13 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots when powered by her engine. With her 7,000 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,958 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 3,200 litres of fresh water.
