The 33.8m/110'11" expedition yacht 'Alter Ego' (ex. Louise) was built by WGB Werft at their Rostock shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Jean-Pierre Paquet and she was completed in 1992. She originally served as a tug boat before being converted into a yacht by CMN in Cherbourg in 2001. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Martin Francis and she was last refitted in 2017.

Guest Accommodation

Alter Ego has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Her features include deck jacuzzi, WiFi and air conditioning.

Range & Performance

Alter Ego is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak/steel decks. Powered by 1 x diesel SKL (6V D-26 / 20AL-2) 6-cylinder 950hp engines running at 1000rpm, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 2,150 nautical miles from her 22,500 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 8,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
