The 102.53ft custom Sail yacht 'Zanzibar' was built by Tréhard Marine, she was delivered to her owner in 1992 and last refitted in 2008. This luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Gilles Vaton. The yacht's interior has been designed by Franck Reynaud.
Zanzibar's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests overnight in 3 cabins, comprising a master suite, 2 double cabins, 1 pullman bed. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard in 4 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Zanzibar features a displacement aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules.
Powered by 2 Caterpillar (3208) 180hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screws propelles sailing yacht Zanzibar is capable of a top speed of 13 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots when powered by her engines. With her 6,000 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 0 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 6,000 litres of fresh water.
