Powered by twin diesel Detroit Diesel (16 V 92) 1,450hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 3,455 nautical miles from her 32,292 litre fuel tanks at 14 knots. Her water tanks store around 3,230 Litres of fresh water.
