Because a superyacht charter is a holiday with family and friends, and because superyacht owners usually own theirs for those very same reasons, the yachts are almost always designed with the presence of kids onboard in mind. Safety regulations are also intended for younger guests, and superyachts will therefore strictly follow requirements that make the vessel a safe playground for them too, as long as, of course, they follow the rules. There may however be charter yachts that will not accept children onboard.
