The 34.17m/112'1" sail yacht 'Nephele' (ex. Ipanema) was built by McMullen & Wing in New Zealand at their Auckland shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house McMullen & Wing and she was completed in 2003. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of German Frers and she was last refitted in 2009.

Guest Accommodation

Nephele has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests in 3 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Her features include satellite communications, WiFi and air conditioning.

Range & Performance

Nephele is built with a aluminium hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 1 x diesel John Deere (Lugger) 6-cylinder 425hp engines running at 2300rpm, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 2,400 nautical miles from her 9,300 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 3,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.
