The 38.1m/125' motor yacht 'Charlotte Ann' (ex. Janet) was built by Cheoy Lee in China at their Doumen shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Puleo Inc. and she was completed in 2003. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Mulder Design and she was last refitted in 2025.

An on board stabilization system ensures comfort when underway. Her water tanks store around 2,000 Gallons of fresh water.
