The 38.1m/125' motor yacht 'Charlotte Ann' (ex. Janet) was built by Cheoy Lee in China at their Doumen shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Puleo Inc. and she was completed in 2003. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Mulder Design and she was last refitted in 2025.
Charlotte Ann has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising two VIP cabins. Additionally, there are 5 staff cabins aboard. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Her features include a gym, deck jacuzzi, WiFi and air conditioning.
Built with a fiberglass hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512B) 12-cylinder 2,250hp engines running at 1925rpm, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots with a range of up to 3,000 nautical miles from her 9,800 gallon fuel tanks at 12 knots. An on board stabilization system ensures comfort when underway. Her water tanks store around 2,000 Gallons of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠ A1, Yachting Service, AMS classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
