The 34.49m/113'2" motor yacht 'Star of the Sea' (ex. Darnice II) was built by Benetti in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Benetti and she was last refitted in 2005.
Star of the Sea has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Her features include deck jacuzzi, WiFi and air conditioning.
Star of the Sea is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3408) 365hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 4,000 nautical miles from her 42,000 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 16,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules.
