87m Superyacht ANGELIQUE Launched as Turkey’s Largest Yacht to Date, Opens Early Charter Enquiries

By Anna Ingles   22 January 2026

The newly launched 285.5ft (87m) superyacht charter ANGELIQUE has entered the water in Istanbul, marking a defining milestone for both Turquoise Yachts and the Turkish superyacht industry. Formerly known as Project VENTO, ANGELIQUE is now officially the largest yacht ever built in Turkey and is preparing for her maiden Mediterranean yacht charters in summer 2026.

Launched from Turquoise Yachts’ outfitting facilities in Pendik, Istanbul, the five-deck superyacht becomes the shipyard’s new flagship and the latest result of its long-standing collaboration with H2 Yacht Design, responsible for both her exterior styling and interior design.

A Landmark Launch for Turkish Yacht Building

Spanning an impressive 2,550GT, superyacht charter ANGELIQUE crowns more than three decades of yacht-building expertise at Turquoise Yachts. Her launch not only establishes a new benchmark for the shipyard but also reinforces Turkey’s growing prominence in the global market for large-scale motor yacht charter construction.

Defined by a powerful silhouette, classic bow, and fluid proportions, the yacht features a distinctive Tour de France–inspired blue hull paired with sculpted superstructure detailing. The result is a profile that feels both contemporary and timeless, ensuring strong visual impact across popular cruising grounds.

Exterior Spaces Designed for Next-Generation Charter Living

A defining highlight of charter yacht ANGELIQUE is her enclosed, drive-in tender dock, a feature rarely seen outside the 100-meter category. This opens directly into a vast beach club with fold-down terraces on both sides, creating an expansive waterside environment that elevates her appeal among Turquoise yachts for charter.

Suspended above, a 6.5-meter glass-sided swimming pool forms the social heart of the main deck, with skylights allowing sunlight to cascade down into the beach club below. The design seamlessly blends architectural drama with relaxed, resort-style living, a key draw for modern charter guests.

The owner’s deck aft features a flexible bar and dining space that can be fully enclosed, while forward lies a private terrace with recessed seating and a Jacuzzi. At the bow, a touch-and-go helipad converts into a full basketball court, reinforcing the yacht’s multi-functional approach to deck space.

As the largest yacht ever built in Turkey, ANGELIQUE reflects the collective expertise, dedication, and passion applied to designing, engineering, and crafting yachts at Turquoise.

Interiors: Art Deco Elegance, Light and Volume

While interior images are yet to be unveiled, Turquoise Yachts report that ANGELIQUE boasts a rich Art Deco–inspired interior, evolving design themes first explored in earlier Turquoise and H2 collaborations. Blue accents, glamorous detailing, and sculptural elements define spaces that balance vibrant socialising with quieter retreat.

The main salon centers around a statement bar, circular seating arrangement, and a formal dining table for up to 16 guests. A dramatic open stair atrium connects all decks, topped by a skylight and crowned by a suspended glass sculpture by Dale Chihuly, creating a constantly shifting interplay of light throughout the interior.

These refined spaces are well-suited to longer itineraries across luxury yacht charters in the West Mediterranean, where days alternate between lively coastal destinations and secluded anchorages.

Accommodation and Wellness at Superyacht Scale

Guest accommodation is located on the main deck, offering increased volume and prime sea views. The layout includes two VIP suites and four guest cabins, each with its own color palette and decorative identity.

The master cabin occupies a private forward position on the owner’s deck, complete with a lounge, office, his-and-hers dressing rooms, and an elevated breakfast table overlooking the bow. Sliding glass doors open directly onto a private terrace with a Jacuzzi, offering exceptional privacy while cruising popular destinations such as yacht charter routes in Mykonos and the wider Aegean.

The bridge deck is dedicated entirely to health and wellness, featuring a fully equipped gym with panoramic glazing, alongside a spa-style wellness suite with sauna, hammam, and beauty treatment room, amenities increasingly sought after by high-end charter clients.

Looking Ahead to Mediterranean Yacht Charters

With her launch now complete, yacht rental ANGELIQUE moves into the final stages ahead of charter service, with early enquiries open for Mediterranean yacht charters ahead of summer 2026.

Her inaugural season is expected to begin in the East Mediterranean before progressing west, offering itineraries that may include Greece, Croatia, and some of the most desirable cruising grounds in Europe.

As the season develops, charter yacht ANGELIQUE will also be well-positioned for French Riviera yacht charters, where her expansive deck spaces, striking profile, and extensive wellness facilities will stand out in ports such as Monaco, Cannes, and St Tropez.

Combining dramatic design, next-level beach club access, generous wellness amenities, and a record-breaking pedigree, ANGELIQUE is set to become one of the most anticipated new charter yachts to enter the global fleet.
