Range & Performance

Deep Blue is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 8 x diesel MTU (16V 2000 M72) 16-cylinder 1,958hp engines running at 2250rpm, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots. She was built to DNV (Det Norske Veritas) classification society rules.
