The 25.12m/82'5" motor yacht 'Why Knot' (ex. Top Gun) was built by Sunseeker in the United Kingdom at their Poole, Dorset shipyard. Her interior is styled by British designer design house Ken Freivokh and she was completed in 2003. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Don Shead Yacht Design and she was last refitted in 2017.

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MAN (CATC32) 1,550hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 22 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 32 knots. Her low draft of 1.68m/5'6" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 1,500 Litres of fresh water.
