The 42.5m/139'5" motor/sailer yacht 'L'Aquila' (ex. L'Aquila II) was built by Mengi-Yay in Turkey. Her interior is styled by design house BTA Design and she was delivered to her owner in June 2021. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Ginton Naval Architects.
L'Aquila has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Her features include WiFi and air conditioning.
L'Aquila is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Yanmar (6AYM-WGT) 911hp engines running at 1938rpm, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 2,850 nautical miles from her 20,750 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,660 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) C ✠ HULL ● MACH classification society rules.
