The 27.18m/89'2" expedition yacht 'Big Joy' was built by Arkin Pruva Argos Yachts in Turkey at their Antalya shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Burçin Akin and she was delivered to her owner in June 2019. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Karatas Yacht Design.

Guest Accommodation

Big Joy has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 2 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Built with a frp composite hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel MAN (D2862 LE446) 1,400hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 19 knots with a range of up to 1,300 nautical miles from her 17,500 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Her low draft of 1.45m/4'9" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. An advanced stabilisation system on board promises exceptional comfort levels at anchor or on any voyage. Her water tanks store around 2,500 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
