The 29.44m/96'7" motor yacht 'Southern Brew' (ex. Sea Retreat) was built by Cheoy Lee in China. Her interior is styled by design house Lisa Piofsky Designs Inc. and she was completed in 2006. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of M.G. Burvenich Designs and she was last refitted in 2022.

Southern Brew has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Range & Performance
Built with a fiberglass hull and GRP superstructure, with teak over grp decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-32) 1,652hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 20 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots with a range of up to 1,100 nautical miles from her 5,300 gallon fuel tanks at 20 knots. Her low draft of 1.55m/5'1" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 800 Gallons of fresh water.
