The 97.11ft Explorer 97E expedition motor yacht 'Due Process' was built by Marlow, she was delivered to her owner in 2011. Previously named Kakawi, Her elegant exterior and interior styling are the work of Marlow, who is also responsible for her engineering.
Due Process's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests overnight in 4 cabins, comprising a master suite, 2 VIP staterooms, 1 twin cabin and 2 pullman beds. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard in 2 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Due Process features a semi-displacement grp hull and grp superstructure, with grp decks. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) ✠ Hull - Yacht -motor -C (Unrestricted) classification society rules.
Powered by 2 Caterpillar (C32ACERT) 1,823hp diesel engines Motor yacht Due Process is capable of a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots.
