The 42.92m/140'10" sail yacht 'Espiritu Del Xarey' (ex. Whirlaway) was built by Vitters in the Netherlands at their Zwartsluis shipyard. Her interior is styled by British designer design house RWD and she was completed in 2002. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Dubois.

She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
