The 42.4m/139'1" motor yacht 'Magari' was built by Codecasa in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Della Role Design and she was delivered to her owner in January 2011. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Codecasa.

Magari is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512 C) 1,650hp engines running at 1800rpm, she reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 4,606 nautical miles from her 77,000 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. Her water tanks store around 14,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register ✠ 100 A1 SSC Mono G6 ✠ LMC classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
