The 32.7m/107'3" expedition yacht 'Forty Two' was built by MS Yachts in the Russian Federation at their Rybinsk shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Rene Van Der Velden and she was completed in 2014. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Studio Scanu srl.
Forty Two has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Forty Two is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with aluminium decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3406C) 680hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 9 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles from her 25,000 litre fuel tanks. Her water tanks store around 18,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
