The multi-award winning 32m/105' sail yacht 'Danneskjold' (ex. Liara) was built by Southern Ocean Marine in New Zealand. Her interior is styled by design house Robinson Marine Interiors and she was completed in 2009. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Dixon Yacht Design and she was last refitted in 2014.

She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
