Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000 M93) 2,397hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots with a range of up to 1,497 nautical miles from her 18,000 litre fuel tanks at 25 knots. Her water tanks store around 2,800 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
