The 45.72m/150' motor yacht 'Sonician' (ex. Carpe Diem) was built by Trinity Yachts in the United States at their New Orleans shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Carol Williamson & Associates and she was delivered to her owner in June 2002. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Trinity Yachts and she was last refitted in 2019.
Sonician has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. The supremely spacious full beam master suite incorporates its own study and dressing room as well as a his and her bathroom. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Her features include a gym, deck jacuzzi, WiFi and air conditioning.
Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512B) 12-cylinder 2,250hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles from her 61,506 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Her low draft of 2.1m/6'11" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. An advanced stabilisation system on board promises exceptional comfort levels at anchor or on any voyage. Her water tanks store around 10,408 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠A1, Yachting Service, AMS classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
