The 38.1m/125' expedition yacht 'Huracan' (ex. Taurus) was built by Delta Marine in the United States at their Seattle shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Stabbert Maritime and she was completed in 1992. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Delta Design Group and she was last refitted in 1997.
Huracan has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Huracan is built with a fiberglass hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (2508) 1,069hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 11 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 13 knots with a range of up to 7,000 nautical miles from her 94,246 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. Her water tanks store around 21,574 Litres of fresh water.
