The 30.48m/100' sail yacht 'Afaet' (ex. Avance) was built by Jongert in the Netherlands at their Medemblik shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Peter Sijm and she was completed in 1991. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Jongert and she was last refitted in 2019.

Her water tanks store around 3,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
