The 43.89m/144' Sport Fisher yacht 'Bad Company' (ex. Bad Company) was built by Trinity Yachts in the United States at their New Oleans shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Dee Robinson Interiors and she was delivered to her owner in November 1998. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Douglas Sharp and she was last refitted in 2018.

Her water tanks store around 9,084 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠A1, Yachting Service, AMS classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
