The 35.37m/116'1" open yacht 'Strofades' (ex. Don't Touch) was built by Pershing in Italy at their Pesaro shipyard. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Fulvio de Simoni and she was completed in 2004. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Fulvio de Simoni and she was last refitted in 2023.

Strofades has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Range & Performance
Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V4000M90) 3,697hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 35 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 41 knots with a range of up to 553 nautical miles from her 16,500 litre fuel tanks. Her low draft of 1.48m/4'10" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 3,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
