The 77.73m/255' classic yacht 'Sea Ranger' (ex. Simson) was built by Schichau Unterweser at their Bremerhaven shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Heinz Vollers and delivered in May 1973. She originally served as an ocean-going and ice-class salvage tug before being converted into a yacht by Malta Drydock Company in 1994. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Kusch Yachts.
Sea Ranger has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 19 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Sea Ranger is built with a steel hull and steel superstructure. Powered by twin diesel Deutz (RBV 12M 350) 12-cylinder 4,400hp engines running at 430rpm, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range of up to 31,000 nautical miles from her 1,300,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Sea Ranger features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 75,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Germanischer Lloyd ✠100-A1.1 "y" classification society rules.
