The 46.3m/151'11" motor yacht 'Gaudeamus II' (ex. Falco) was built by Lurssen in Germany at their Bremen shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Silvestrin Design and she was completed in 1992. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Gerhard Gilgenast and she was last refitted in 2020.

Her water tanks store around 22,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules.
