The 46m/150'11" expedition yacht 'Big Aron' was built by Royal Denship in Denmark at their Assens shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Rune Design and she was completed in 2004. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Ole Steen Knudsen and she was last refitted in 2020.
Big Aron has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Her features include a gym, deck jacuzzi, WiFi and air conditioning.
Big Aron is built with a steel hull and steel / aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3508 B) 1,115hp engines running at 1600rpm, she comfortably cruises at 125 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 6,500 nautical miles. She was built to Lloyds Register ✠ 100A1 SSC YACHT MONO G6 ✠ LMC, UMS classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
