Her interior is styled by American design house Burger Boat and she was delivered to her owner in November 2007. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Burger Boat and she was last refitted in 2019.

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3508B) 8-cylinder 1,300hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 3,300 nautical miles from her 54,130 litre fuel tanks at 14 knots. Mamamia features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 11,350 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠ A1, Yachting Service, AMS classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
