The 182.91ft Conversion expedition motor yacht 'Alucia' was built by Auroux in France at their Arachon shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 1974 and last refitted in 2014. Previously named Nadir, her luxurious interior was designed by Joseph Artese Design.
Alucia's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests overnight in 6 cabins, comprising a master suite, 1 double cabin, 4 twin cabins and 4 pullman beds. She is also capable of carrying up to 14 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Alucia features a full displacement steel hull and steel superstructure, with steel decks. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules.
Motor yacht Alucia is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience underway.
Powered by 2 Cummins (KTA50M2) 1,600hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screws propelles Motor yacht Alucia is capable of a top speed of 13 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 350,113 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 10,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. Her water tanks store around 85,882 litres of fresh water.
