Maxima Star is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M91) 2,000hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range of up to 4,687 nautical miles from her 26,742 litre fuel tanks. Her water tanks store around 10,595 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
