A visionary homeport, Porto Montenegro integrates yacht services with a lively waterfront town and is undertaking a significant extension.
Set right in the heart of one of the Mediterranean's most beautiful cruising areas, Porto Montenegro is doubling it's marina's berths from 245 to 490. Half of the new berths will be for yachts up to 20 metres long, 145 berths for yachts over 25 metres and more than 50 berths for yachts over 45 metres. The expansion is scheduled to be completed by spring/summer 2014.
Montenegrin company Yu Briv will conduct the second phase of the project, which will include the expansion of the exisitng jetties and the construction of more wharves. UK based company Marina Projects, leading experts in superyacht marina design, will be doing the design.
Once it is completed, Porto Montenegro will be one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean, and will have one of the biggest mega yacht capacities in the world.
