Phuket Rendezvous Makes Final Preparations For Debut Edition

The inaugural Phuket Rendezvous will bring the best of luxury lifestyle to the award-winning Royal Phuket Marina in Thailand when it gets underway on Thursday 4^th January 2018.

Replacing the 14-year-old Phuket International Boat Show (PIMEX), the Phuket Rendezvous 2018 will showcase a diverse range of high-end products and attractions both on land and in water.

In the marina, the four-day event will host the region’s leading brokers, dealers and more than 50 yachts, including a superyacht showcase. This guarantees maritime heaven for the 10,000 attendees.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet with attending yacht brokers, as well as high-end property developers, bespoke travel organisers and specialists within the hospitality and food industries.

There will also be an exhibition for marine equipment suppliers, supercar displays, a showcase of the most innovative luxury brands, art exhibitions and a lively array of entertainment.

Expect live music, tantalising cuisine, fashion shows, sailing workshops, activities for children and a beach barbecue at Café del Mar Phuket.

Industry professionals, meanwhile, can join in with the four-day seminar programme which covers topics ranging from marine safety and sustainability to customising yacht interiors and the latest yachting trends.

Another highlight of the debut rendezvous will be Yacht Style’s launch of the Christofle Yacht Style Awards, set to recognise the best of the yachting industry in South East Asia and internationally.

The ceremony takes place as part of a gala dinner in Phuket Boat Lagoon on 4^th January and, with 25 categories, is designed to showcase the excellence and creative flair embodied in the latest motor and sailing yachts.
