The 120ft Sovereign 120 motor yacht motor yacht 'Alican' was built by Sovereign Yachts in Canada at their Richmond, B.C. shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 2002 and last refitted in 2015. Previously named Aspen Alternative, her luxurious interior was designed by Patrick Knowles.
Alican's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests overnight in 5 cabins, comprising a master suite, 3 double cabins, 1 twin cabin and 1 pullman bed. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard in 3 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Alican features a semi-displacement grp hull and grp superstructure, with grp/teak decks. She was built to Unknown classification society rules.
Powered by 2 MTU (16V 2000) 1,800hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers Motor yacht Alican is capable of a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 17 knots. With her 21,045 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,600 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,164 litres of fresh water.
