On the Rocks
The world-famous Eden Rock St Barts is home to the internationally recognized On the Rocks restaurant. The setting is glamorous yet in keeping with the relaxed atmosphere of the Caribbean island and boasts fantastic views over the coral reefs and beyond. Fine organic vintages and specially selected wines from Alsace can be found on the wine list and cocktails are served from 5pm. This is a place to be seen as much as to watch the sunset.

Le Case de L’isle
This elegant French-fusion restaurant is famous in St Barts for its breath taking views overlooking the Flamands Bay. The lightness of the cuisine makes it perfect for a late lunch where diners can make the most of the idyllic outlook.

Set straight off of the powdery soft Saline beach, this open-air restaurant is open from Wednesday to Monday and serves a globally inspired menu that changes daily to ensure the freshest available local ingredients are used. Outside, there is a beautiful teak-decked garden surrounded by flowers and coconut palms and provides a breathtaking spot to watch the sunset.

Restaurant le Gaïac
Widely regarded as one of the best fine dining restaurants in the Caribbean, the Hotel Le Toiny St Barth's Restaurant Le Gaïac ensures a culinary experience at the highest level. Renowned for its masterful blend of innovative French cuisine with local flavours. The restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and weekly specials include the ‘Tuesday Fish Market’ and the famous ‘Brunch du Toiny’ which has become an island institution on Sunday’s.

If you have a craving for lobster then the tiny beachside restaurant La Langouste at Hotel Baie des Anges is the place to go. Selected straight from the tank and served with a choice of three special sauces, it is the freshest to be found on the island. Located of the beautiful beach of Flamands, diners can enjoy a poolside spot and views over the sea.

For more than three decades Maya’s has become one of the best known restaurants in the Caribbean so reservations here are essential. Ideally situated on the water's edge in Anse de Public, just outside Gustavia, the restaurant offers uncluttered, straightforward dining in elegant surroundings. The menu is made up of the best that Creole cuisine has to offer, including fresh fish and grilled meats.

This trendy beach-front bar is a lunchtime favourite for the young and the beautiful. Sprawled along sand-floored dining room, its shabby-chic feel creates a relaxed and charming atmosphere amongst faded pastel furniture and plantation style chairs. Combining French Culinary art with Latin flavours to create unique, exquisite styled dishes. La Plage’s theme nights are legendary on the island and the party is in full flow throughout December and January.

This Asian-inspired bohemian utopia centres around a majestic century-old Tamarin tree and offers a distinctly chilled ambience. Guests arrive through a carved wooden entryway into a serene garden setting, peppered with dining tables, seating areas and large sumptuous sofas. The menu combines Gustavian staples of fresh fish and grilled meats, although you'll also find Asian and European influences. The Conch Ravioli and Mahi-Mahi Tartare are a local favourite, followed by drinks under the stars in one of the hammocks.
