Sailing Yacht MARAE Available in Grenada

By Editorial Team   6 January 2014

Currently available to charter in the US and British Virgin Islands, sailing Yacht MARAE will be available for charter in Grenada in February.

The 32 metre pilothouse sloop MARAE was built by Alloy Yachts in 2004 and had full refit in 2009. Winner of the 'Best Sailing Yacht' category in the 2004 International Superyacht Design Awards, her name originates from the native Maori tribe in New Zealand and means a special place for family and friends to meet.

An elegant sailing yacht, MARAE features a private aft cockpit with large cushions for relaxing, a collapsible spray hood and direct access to the master suite. A fold-out stern section provides steps and a sturdy swimming platfor while her sheltered centre cockpit holds U-shaped sofas and a table for either dining or cocktails.

MARAE boasts a stained walnut interior which is complimented by crisp white linens and luxurious fabrics. Her upper saloon has a full wet bar complete with seating and a coffee table and her main saloon offers additional comfortable seating for all.

Her accommodation comes in the form of a master suite with a private staircase to the aft cockpit, a double stateroom and a twin stateroom with a Pullman berth.

Charter yacht MARAE is currently available for charter from $54,000 per week in the Virgin Islands and will be available in Grenada in February.
