The world's most southerly superyacht regatta is to return to New Zealand's glittering Bay of Islands in January for its 2017 edition.
The New Zealand Millennium Cup takes place as part of the Bay of Islands Sailing Week and features a series of challenging courses, weaving their way through the bay’s spectacular island-chain.
Celebrating good racing, great cruising grounds and warm Kiwi hospitality, the regatta is expected to trump the rank and coverage it experienced in 2016, with momentum building faster than ever before.
As well as offering world-class racing, the cup also encourages extended cruising within New Zealand by educating yachts on the diversity of the country’s waters, and the opportunity for world-leading refit and repair services.
